I was incredibly impressed with the service I received at Fairfield Petro, so much so that I went out of my way to mention them to multiple people after my car was in for service. I only wish all businesses were this organized and polite. I got the sense that they have a high level of integrity as well as good old fashioned customer service.

After discovering that my tire was going flat I visited the station. They put air in the tire and I made an appointment to have it looked at the next day. The staff were helpful, the customer service was top notch and the tire was repaired at a reasonable cost.

Truly, the only professional FULL service station in the Victoria area. Always friendly, always have my best interest in mind. And I love that they pump your gas, clean the windows, check your oil, etc. As a person with mobility issues, this is greatly appreciated!
