| The integrity of Fairfield Petro is at the highest standard. Before the prescribed work is completed consultations are thorough. Any discovered potential problem will be reviewed?the issue and the cost is clearly explained and the choice to proceed or not is absolutely left to the customer. There is no hard sell. The employees are really easy to talk with and are very genuine. Gregg is the clear leader in this area. |

| I changed cars since my last service. You advised me to change battery & explained the oil change needed which you did. With that information I took my car to the dealer that sold it to me who agreed to reimburse me for the oil change & to replace my battery. I?m very grateful to you for your advise. |

| Excellent customer service. Everything was clearly explained without ever talking down to me, despite my lack of knowledge. Costs and future work were nicely broken down, but they we?re always trying to save us money, while still guaranteeing the working of the vehicle. |
