| Called last min to have a car inspected, they fit me in right away as time was of the essence. Had a thorough inspection done and satisfied my concerns. Have used FFA in the past as well on our other vehicles and have always had excellent service . |

Any discovered potential problem will be reviewed?the issue and the cost is clearly explained and the choice to proceed or not is absolutely left to the customer. There is no hard sell. The employees are really easy to talk with and are very genuine. Gregg is the clear leader in this area. |

| I changed cars since my last service. You advised me to change battery & explained the oil change needed which you did. With that information I took my car to the dealer that sold it to me who agreed to reimburse me for the oil change & to replace my battery. I?m very grateful to you for your advise. |
