| I would like to amend my previous review. I received a call from the shop and it turns out they did perform the services I wanted (gave my car synthetic oil and filter). I didn't see the word "synthetic" on my receipt and the mileage sticker in my window didn't reflect the 10,000km synthetic oil changes are good for. So, even though the message to call me didn't get delivered to the mechanic staff, it turns out the services I asked for were indeed performed. I have been happy with their service overall, and I will be a returning customer. |
