| Short story.... Boat and trailer attached to truck-? Crab traps loaded-? Fishing rods geared up -? Lunch and coffee packed-? Daughter pulled from school to play hooky and go fishing with Dad -? As we are about to pull away from home the gauges on my truck began to fail and the engine began to struggle and eventually died. You guessed it...my alternator had just given up the ghost! Crazy timing! Called BCAA for a jump and they escorted me to the Fairfield Petro-Can for some assistance. When I spoke to Greg and his crew and told them my story, they said they would get right on it. 2 hours later they were calling me to say that the truck was ready! No one likes to have car troubles, but after that kind of service and the ability to get out on the water with my daughter for an afternoon of fishing made up for it ten-fold! | Basically we are very happy with the service which is efficient and prompt. . We have been steady customers for 19 years. We began using them on the recommendation of a friend who appreciated that they were honest and did not pressure you to fix things not needing fixing. Staff are very pleasant too and helpful, such as picking us up at the end of the day. |

| Five star review. I have gone for many years. Invariably the front office gets back to discuss recommendations and options and does so without any sales pressure. They are competitive in price and excel in honesty, and ability. The chief mechanic is very good and Greg is personable. He values his customers for sure. Five stars. Nothing but good to say. |
