| I very seldom agree to review anything. My Dad took his car to the Witten's for years and, although I no longer reside in Victoria, when needs be I take my vehicle in to Fairfield Petro with complete confidence in them. The staff are always friendly and informative. Further, they will do their reasonable best to get you back on the road should you have a pressing, unforeseen issue with your vehicle. I highly recommend this establishment. |

| These gentlemen have given me excellent service. Repairing my car when necessary,and they have done a great job. They also take me home when I leave the car and pick me up when the car is ready. Everyone is efficient, friendly, and very polite. |

| I was more than completely impressed with Fairfield Auto on my recent visit. During my oil change they discovered two other significant problems with my car. They didn?t charge me for the extra time they took to discover the problem, & went out of their way to find a locally sourced part that was less expensive than their usual supplier. |

| We recently brought in our van to be serviced because of an engine light staying on. They diagnosed the difficulty and informed my partner of the problem and what needed to be done. One of the things that required repair was to replace the gas tank. An O.K. was given for the repairs, but, unfortunately, their suppliers did not seem to be as professional as them, and we had to wait longer to have the repairs done than we or they anticipated. Eventually, they took matters into their own hands, took out the gas tank and manually replaced the parts on the old gas tank and thoroughly inspected it to make sure it was safe. Throughout this repair process they kept us informed of what was going on, were professional in their work, respectful in explaining what they were doing, and provided us with the most cost-efficient solution to the repairs. All in all, they went out of their way to provide us with wonderful service. I would not hesitate to recommend your service station to anyone we know as we consider Fairfield Petro to be our community service station. Thank you very much. |
