I keep all my sevice records, as do they on the computer and recently required a possible big ticket change for my engine, due to my mileage. Was able to check records, and find that I had had the work done somewhere else, at a lower mileage point, and could provide them with this info. They were happy to accept my info, their motives being only to give me the best service for my car. I trust them. |
