| Very well pleased with the service I received. Included a good estimate of the likely cost of service, and then a very successful and efficient service job, with careful attention to other issues for future work. All with a very genial approach to dealing with the customer. |

| All of the routine servicing was done very well and cost-effective. A non-critical problem was diagnosed and I was given the very realistic options of whether to proceed with its more costly repair, or ignore it, which was very helpful. Overall very satisfied. |

| Excellent service |

| Staff are always courteous. I normally book the vehicle for 8 am and go across the road for breakfast (normally oil change and check over). It is done in an hour and I can carry on with my day. If the vehicle needs more work, then we drop the vehicle off for the day and pick it up later. |

| Quick and efficient service, and costs seem reasonable. Provide realistic estimates, and won't perform any additional work without confirming it with you in advance. Routinely perform full vehicle system inspections and services such as tire rotation at minimal or no additional cost. |

| A-1 Tops I am a single woman on my own. The only time a man drives my vehicle is when I take it in for servicing when they give me a ride home and then come and pick me up. I recently had my vehicle towed out of a parkade while I was at an appointment. When I went to retrieve my truck I was told I needed to go directly to a service station that I would need to get a new fuel tank. Fortunately I was able to get to Fairfield Petro just before they were closing. I told them I needed a new fuel tank.The next am. I got a call saying I only needed a new line. They take good care of me. I count on them and totally trust them. I have been a satisfied customer for years. |
