| I don't think you can find better service anywhere. They provide market rates on 'seasonal tune-up', and let you know immediately if there are any issues to be dealt with. A full description of what is needed is provided, and an accurate estimate of costs. And - have the car ready when they said it would be! |

| Recommended to me by a good friend. I'm so glad I brought my truck here for a major repair. I left it for the day, was driven to work and picked up after. There were no surprises when the bill was presented and it was substantially lower than the estimate I'd received from the dealership's repair shop. |

| This most recent work was identified during a routine service appointment. Breaks and tires needed immediate work. The mechanical and tire work was done efficiently and in a time frame that was within the time predicted for the work. I was completely satisfied. |

| The service I get for my 2000 volks. cabriolet is always excellent. The attendants are extremely helpful, very polite. I appreciate the extra miles taken to keep the car very clean, I like the way I am called immediately when my car is ready for pick up. Although not required, I appreciate the offer for a lift home when I drop my car off. It is a pleasure to highly recommend Fairfield Auto Care. Thanks Guys. |

| I had the oil change on Saturday afternoon with an appointment. I was told that I needed a brake light. Being in a hurry I didn?t have it fixed, so I called on Tuesday and they fixed it while I waited 10 minutes. |

| Great service, friendly, fast to get appts. We always bring our cars to Fairfield Petro for repair. Our only concern was that a few weeks ago, we brought our car in for an oil change/tire change and then had to get brakes done (unexpectedly). We were also told we needed to get something else done on our car, but weren't told it was a "safety to drive" issue. When I called to book the appt for this issue, I was then told (a week after the previous appt at which I had found out about the issue), that we actually shouldn't be driving the car until the issue was fixed. It would have been good for us to be told to not drive the car until the issue was fixed. |
